Process Coordinator This position plays a key part in ensuring that students with disabilities receive the individualized services and supports they need to thrive. The Process Coordinator works closely with teachers, support staff, and families to guide the special education process, champion student growth, and ensure compliance with local, state, and federal guidelines.

Minimum qualifications include:
Degree in Education or related area
Two years of successful special education or related experience
Certification in Special Education or a related field
A graduate degree
Ability to administer and interpret standardized assessments, including cognitive assessments
Clear understanding of the special education process
Reliable daily transportation to District sites
Support compliance with all IDEA requirements
Coordinate postsecondary transition planning
Collaborate with outside agencies to ensure smooth and supportive transitions
Manage transfer paperwork for incoming students
Coordinate and complete initial evaluations and re-evaluations
Administer, score, and interpret standardized assessments
Guide and support staff in developing high-quality IEPs
Assist staff in organizing and delivering special education services aligned with all regulations
Contribute to professional development for special education teams
Use technology effectively for documentation and process management
Perform additional duties as assigned by the Director of Student Services
